At Wellbeing Warehouse our aim is to provide of our members with guidance from instructors who are experts in their field. We run classes, workshops and offer 1-1 private sessions for all levels.

PILATES REFORMER
Flow yoga practiced in a heated studio. These powerful sequences will add that extra challenge to your Yoga practice.
Not only does this increase flexibility, but eases tired muscles, as well as offering detoxification to both body and mind.
Pilates is a style of movement with the main focus being on building stability and overall strength.
The Pilates Reformer has the added bonus of adding resistance from springs and pulleys to provide an incredible workout with particular focus on core stability and strength.
Suitable for everyone for overall body toning.
AERIAL YOGA
DYNAMIC REFORMER
This puts variety and fun into your usual activities. These suspended hammocks are taught with careful guidance to enable anyone of any ability to gradually build towards the more challenging movements.
All expertly taught in a skilful sequence.
Also taught on the Pilates Reformer, but using weights and with an added challenge for a serious workout.
YOGALATES
BEGINNER YOGA
Learn each posture with the fundamentals of alignment together with techniques to calm the mind.
Yoga teaches us how to balance effort and ease, both on the mat and in everyday life.
A strong practise using a combination of Pilates matwork and Yoga postures for an intelligent combination of strength and stretch in one class.
FLOW YOGA
Yoga postures are cleverly woven together and synchronised together with breathing techniques.
A wonderful progression for beginners but still suitable to mixed levels. Improve strength and mobility, as well as learn techniques to aid relaxation.
